  Food is usually pretty good, but the lady working the window the last couple times I have been there has been very obviously in a poor mood. Both times the only thing she has said to me was how much I owe, and not one thank you, even though I've said it like 4 times.

  I've lived in Lansing for 5 years and have never been able to get an Icee from this BK. Yes, that is a "first world problem" but at some point either say you don't serve Icees or fix the machine. Staff is rude every time I decide to try to go here, and there really aren't a whole lot of options in Lansing so they are sure missing out on opportunity.

  I was just at this burger King and my order was all the way wrong and i didn't even receive a receipt so if i wanted to do the survey about my experience i can't. .... it was just an trouble experience
